I went to the 1st of 10 classes (group therapy) tonight. I loved it! Each week they will give us a positive affirmation. These are powerful and loving thoughts that can boost our spirits, & help us feel in the moment/mindful/grounded. I like to say these several times when I am depressed, anxious, or frustrated.
